Ready to eat vegan nuggets made with plant based ingredients of soya protein and coated in golden breadcrumbs. A great meat free alternative for your vegan menus. Every pack contains approximately 100 pieces. Each pack is 2kg, ideal for foodservice.
Rehydrated SOYA protein 37.2% (water, SOYA protein concentrate 15.5%), water, breadcrumbs 17% (WHEAT flour, water, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, spice extract (paprika)), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower) in varying proportions, WHEAT flour, corn starch, vinegar, stabilisers (methyl cellulose, guar gum), citrus fibre, natural flavourings, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide).
