A ready to use prepared cream of mushroom soup with shallots in catering pouches. Contains no MSG, artificial colours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians. Meets DH 2012 salt targets. Each 2.5L catering pouch provides around 40 portions of soup. There are 4 catering pouches in this 10.5kg bulk pack.
Water, mushrooms (11%), rapeseed oil, modified corn starch, shallots (1.8%), cream ( MILK) (0.6%), salt, EGG yolk, butter oil ( MILK), yeast extract, mushroom extract, spices (onion powder, white pepper), flavourings [contain CELERY and lactose (MILK)], emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids).
