This is a smooth, sweet and spicy sauce blended with select red chilli peppers and preserved Chinese plums to create its mild but special taste. Great as a ketchup alternative or use in a chicken bake. Each 2.35kg (1.9 litre) bottle contains approximately 50, 40g portions. There are 2 bottles in this catering pack.
