Frozen chicken fillets coated with a jerk flavoured crumb coating. Produced in the UK using only British chickens from Red Tractor Certified farms. Each fillet is 90g in size which can help with portion control. There are 40 pieces in every 3.6kg catering box.

| Preparation | Cook from frozen on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes (Gas 4/180C/350F). As ovens vary, time and temperature may need adjusting. Alternatively, deep fry for 10 minutes at 160C until golden brown. To ensure product is fully cooked, check product is a minimum of 75C (or to national standards). If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out. |
