A delicious chicken liver pate with brandy, perfect for starters and sharing boards. This product contains 53% chicken liver and is supplied frozen. For best results, portion this pate once defrosted and do not refreeze. 3 x 1kg packs per wholesale case.
Chicken liver (53%), cream (MILK) (27%), lard, water, sugar, redcurrant jelly [sugar, water, redcurrant juice concentrate, gelling agent: pectin], brandy (1%), chicken stock [dried glucose syrup, yeast extracts, salt, natural flavouring, onion powder, sugar, chicken bone stock, rapeseed oil], pork gelatine, salt, curing salt [salt, preservatives (E250, E252), acidity regulator (E500(ii)), antioxidant (E301)], onion powder, nutmeg, pepper, thyme, rapeseed oil, garlic powder, thickener (xanthan gum).
