This concentrated beef stock base is highly recommended as a total or partial replacement for beef in a wide range of food applications. Conveying the succulent, appetising flavour and aroma of beef meat. Each pack makes approximately 50 litres.
Yeast extract, beef stock (beef bones, water, salt), water, vegetables (onion, tomato, potato), caramel sugar syrup, salt, beef fat, potato maltodextrin, lemon concentrate, dried beef extract.
