McDougalls brown bread and roll mix. This bread mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. FSA 2017 compliant. Part baked mix is freeze thaw stable. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 105 x 57g rolls.
WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), WHEAT Bran, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Dried Yeast, Salt, Dextrose, Emulsifiers (Mono- and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Sorbitan Monostearate), Flour Treatment Agents (Ascorbic Acid, Alpha Amylase, Xylanase), WHEAT Starch.
