| Preparation | Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/ Gas Mark 7. Remove the chicken bites from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the chicken bites from all packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken bites into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve. |
