| Preparation | OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Fan 200C / Gas mark 7. Place the chicken on a tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C. Gently lower an fully immerse the chicken into the hot oil and fry for 5 minutes. Drain and serve. |
