This rapeseed oil is a light alternative to other cooking oils. A highly versatile oil, it can be used in shallow and deep frying, baking and roasting. Its delicate flavour does not bleed out during the cooking process, which makes it a good, neutral fat. Smoke point is 220C and flash point is 330C. This edible rapeseed oil comes in a 5 litre bottle. There are 3 bottles in this catering pack.
