This edible extended life Rapeseed Oil comes in a large 15 litre bag-in-box which helps with storage and can prevent splashes and drips. This oil is ideal for high temperature deep frying, chefs also like to use it for making dressings, sauces and mayonnaises. Smoke point is 220C (428F) and flash point is 330C (626F). For best results fry chips at 182 - 193C (360 - 380F).
