UHT whipped topping made from a blend of skimmed milk and non-milk fat. Benefits of Roselle Supreme Cream are, whips from ambient temperatures, more economical than dairy cream, contains half the fat of whipped dairy cream and whips up to three times volume (50% more than dairy cream). Roselle Supreme is manufactured with oil guaranteed to contain less than 1% trans fatty acids.
Skimmed MILK, Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm), Dried Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Emulsifiers (Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, Polysorbate 60, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Polysorbate 80), Stabilisers (Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum), Salt, Colour (Beta-carotene).
