Frozen, skinless and boneless haddock fillet pieces coated in a crispy breadcrumb. This product comes from a fishery which has been independently certified to the MSC standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. There are 24 individually quick frozen pieces in each catering pack. Each fillet is approx 110 - 140g.
