Preparation Cook From Frozen. OVEN: Preheat oven to 200C/400F/ Gas Mark 6. Pierce film place on a baking tray and cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove film halfway through cooking. MICROWAVE: Pierce film, cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Rest for 1 min. Cook on high heat for 4 minutes.
