Preparation 1. Using the table above, take quantities of soup mix and water to produce the required number of portions 2. Into a pan, add sufficient boiling water to the soup mix, whisk until smooth, and bring to the boil 3. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. To prepare other portion quantities use 12.5g soup mix and 170 ml of boiling water per portion
