A smooth concentrated hoi sin sauce combining soya bean paste and soy sauce with a Chinese five spice blend. Bain marie stable and meets DH 2012 salt targets. No MSG added, no artificial colours and no added artificial preservatives. suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each catering jar is 1.1L.
