This concentrated mushroom stock base offers caterers and chefs the perfect way to incorporate that mushrrom flavour into their dishes. It is highly recommended as a total or partial replacement for mushroom in a wide range of food applications. Each pack makes approximately 50 litres.
Mushroom juice concentrate (40%), yeast extract, water, salt, sugar, porcini powder (3%), maize starch.
